"The Aura work you did with me was both insightful and resonant, particularly around the figure of 'feminine rage' that you sensed there - which I feel I've carried for a long time. By the end of the session it seemed there had been a shift in that area.

Despite the self-doubt I had been experiencing, I was left with a re-assurance that I am going in the right direction, and I can trust that I have the required strength (if I trust the process and step out of my self-created defences and hiding places!!!).
